Money increases happiness up to the point where you have overcome abject poverty. Beyond that point, it does very little good and many times actually makes you more miserable.

Obviously not!
All the money in the world can not bring happiness, it can bring only material "things" and "services". Money is just a vehicle. True happiness can only be found from within. The best times in my life were the times I've had great spiritual beliefs and little money. Money can buy huge problems and false friends. Money is a vehicle- a commodity. Money can not restore poor health, nor can it bring back a loved one.

It doesn't matter.People who are very rich can be quite happy and people who are poor unhappy. However, the opposite is true as well.
In the end, i think that how richer people are, the more they tend to say that money doesn't bring happiness.

nope.. it only brings a temporary enjoyment. nothing materialistic can ever make someone happy, because it all goes away. you can have all the money in the world and be so empty inside... and all your money will never buy true fulfillment. God is the only one that can ever fill that void.

yes and no. money gives you material possessions to physically satisfy. however, money doesn't bring true emotional happiness. it won't solve all problems.

depends on who you ask...if you ask superficial people, then yes, it's hapinness for them...
but if you ask me personally, it does, but eventually, you'll be bored and stuff...it only bring happiness to you up to some point...
