Hebrews 10:31? Where do you "fall" from into the "hands" of God? From higher grace, to high & mighty law law?

So it seems one can fall from grace, to law law heavens.
In law/law heavens it's "law" no matter whether left/right.
But God in heaven hath not appointed us unto wrath(law).
It seems those talking of a 'higher power' speak of "grace".

If it's a "FALL" to fall into the hands of God, then you have to "FALL" from above such. Hello, is anyone there, or am I speaking into a vacuum?
