You can't say you love someone until you really get to know them. You are interested in her, but not sure if she is interested in you. If you have trouble being direct, try joining one of the clubs she belongs so, and try to strike up a casual conversation about a mutual activity. If she likes you, it should become evident.

I'm sorry, I don't really think you know what love means. Love doesn't mean staring at someone because you think she's hot or hwatever. Love is far, far deeper and meaningful. I think the word you're looking for is "crush" or "lust" because love is totally different. Maybe she's just flirting?? Or maybe you're just being paranoid?! I don't think you know the meaning of love. Ask yourself: do you want to marry this girl? Do you even know this girl well? That's what love is..
