I believe that it is going to be a state jail felony, but I am unclear from the description you listed. Deeds are specifically listed as a state jail felony but when you say bank documents you may get included in the issue of money or securities which are listed as third degree felonies.

This is covered in Chapter 32.21 of the Texas Penal code, with the punishments for each crime level given in Chapter 12. A state jail felony is 180 days to two years in a state jail or a fine of up to $10,000 or both. A third degree felony is punishable by 2 to 10 years in the penitentiary (Huntsville, TDJC) and a fine of up to $10,000 or both.

That is Forgery of a Financial Document, which is a third degree felony punishable by 2-10 years in the state penitentiary, and/or a $10,000.00 fine. Plus restitution and court cost.
