Here is my story:
My sister was a smart and successful bussiness woman...
skip to three years later after meth took over her life..she is skipping around from house to house doing god knows what...she's been arrested several times for burglary...and she even told me once that she will do a certain service to a man for ten bucks...her husband divorced her..my mother has the kids..(who are totally screwed up now)....she has gotten credit cards in nearly every family member's name..including mine...no charges filed for that..we feel it will just make things worse...

how does someone become so depraved?
I hate meth!

I want all the young people to know that Meth may seem fun...but I've seen some pretty sick people..and I don't think it discriminates against who it will manipulate....if you use it ..please stop before it changes who you are...

my sister has been to rehab for a month...did not work..she met new people...not the good kind...and she has faced jail time..but my sister used to work in the legal field..knows all the judges, cops, lawyers..you name it...she has found ways to get out of it...like my mother has always said "she could sell ketchup popsicles to a woman in white gloves"....and that was before meth!

I am in recovery. I have been clean for a little over a year. Your story sounds very familiar and I know what it feels like to be where your sister is at. My advise to you and your family if you really love your sister and want her to get clean, you will press charges on her for the crimes she is committing because while she is in jail they have services for people like her and they can rehabilitate her. When she goes to court and if you are working with either the prosecutor's or her lawyer there is a time in court when the judge normally will listen to your family and tell him what she has been doing, with any luck a judge will sentence her to a rehab instead of jail. if you love her do this and it will help her more then you all standing around taking the abuse. My family did this for me and I have been clean ever since.

My stepsister is the exact same way. She'll do anything for more drugs, although meth is her drug of choice. It's highly addictive. That's why people can't get off it. And the withdrawal symptoms are torture, so people keep using it. She looks like an old woman, although she's only 24. It's aged her 20 years easily. She looks twice her age, she's got alot of wrinkles and looks like a skeleton. It's so sad, because she was such a beautiful girl who had so much potential.

I really feel for you, because I know how hard it is to watch someone you love destroy themselves. It all started with her because she had alot of problems growing up. Her mom died when she was little, then she had a stepmom for 5 years that treated her bad, then her dad remarried again, and my mom treated her like an outsider. So I know that's why she has the problems she does, she's covering up emotional scars from childhood.

I wish I could help her, but no matter how much you try, it just enables her more. You can't give her any money, you can't leave her alone in your house for a second. It's a frustrating situation.

there's somewhat situation called self administration that works super. Use the ability you place into anger to regulate your self. that's what works. As you spot your self getting offended, take a deep breath and choose the reaction that makes you experience good and pleased with your self. The extra you do it, the better it is going to become. Too a lot of human beings turn to a pill to repair this style of situation and it will boring the anger receptors for sometime yet ultimately it will be as much as you and your self administration that makes a good exchange in you. The area impacts and habit matters with pharma is a destructive commerce off. intentionally identifying on your emotional selections (instead of allowing your self to be a slave on your reactions to stimuli) won't in basic terms assist you with anger administration yet assist you to be extra on top of problems with your life generally and can assist you avert issues to be offended approximately. Peace!

my brother eventually got off.
and recovered some little piece of his life
though it will never be the same
but there is hope she could get off someday
going to prison helps cuz they can't do meth in there
usually
prison is probably the best option for her,
might get some help or see things differently from there.
doing her no service by not filing charges.

The devil and meth are pretty much one in the same. Until you sister wants help, there is not much you can do. Hopefully her bottom won't be six feet under.
