Waiting 6 weeks for repair to television (11 weeks old) with known fault but not made public by Samsung.

We report such things to a TV personality here in NC. Is called 5 on your side. You report the problem and they get crunching after these people with very good results. Anything like that in your area?

it all depends on where you bought it from if a cheap Internet deal hard luck if you had gone to a reputable dealer they will exchange it up to a year old no questions the choose is yours. From pervoius experiencee Samsung have a good level of customer serivce, including a home collection service, also your dealer should offer a loan tv if yours needs a repair.

oh thats too bad!.here in our country also suffers the same situation.so there are less samsung consumer here. more often they prefer other brands.
