That sounds really good. I have to say that my favorite is peaches cooked in grand marnei liqueur on top of roast beef strips topped all off with a sauce made from whipped cream and ketchup. Man it sound weird when written out but OMG is it sooooooooo Good.

whipped cream, especially on strawberries. There is also a French sauce called sabayon. Here is a recipe - it's good with any fruit, but I prefer it with strawberries, raspberries, and/or blueberries!
3 egg yolks
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup champagne
Whisk all the ingredients together, until frothy. Place the bowl over a double boiler. Whisk the mixture for 2 minutes and remove from the heat. Continue whisking for 20 seconds.

Stewed strawberries in their own syrup (with a little sugar mixed in). I love this over most anything sweet, and it goes with most everything sweet. It's also great to eat alone, and easy to make yourself.
