How many calories per day should be consumed by a 5 foot, 6 inch 13 year old male?

Oh, if you can break it down by like, how much fat, how much sodium, and all that other stuff that would be GREAT!

From what I learned in Nutrition 2010... MyPyramid recommends the following for a 13yr old (based on activity level per day):
Sedentary (<30min): 2000; Mod Actice (30-<90min): 2200; Active (>=60min): 2600.
There are also other things you might want to take a look at such as EER, DRI, etc.

it depends on your weight. multiply your weight by ten then add your weight to that. for example if you weigh 150; 150 x 10=1500, and 1500+150=1650 calories. but also, for every half hour of exercise, you should add 100 calories more.

13 years old-115lb-Male. Not fat buddy. You shouldn't worry. You sound thin enough. If you're working to biuld up leg or arm muscle or abs, than it could help. But it sounds to me that you have no fat to burn.
