I'm curious what people precieve or believe to be the healthiest bottled water? What type, Reverse Osmosis, Distillation, Natural Spring Water, Enhanced waters, UV treated and so on? What do people see as being healthy water and why? H20 is the simpliest natural atom on earth but a very complex topic and issue of discussion. Should we be looking at whats actually in the contents and ph values of the water? if so what makes it so healthy? What about environmentally, what company does the most to keep its water and its environment protected and pristine?

Spring water bottled at the source is good. Distilled has no minerals and can leach minerals out of your body. Reverse osmosis makes for very clean water. I don't like the idea of Dasani, they distill and then add minerals back in, mainly salt. I would recommend Fiji also. We studied waters in Diet and Nutrition class in college and we found that Fiji seemed to be one of the best for you and best tasting. Filters usually clog and breed bacteria, so even your Britta water is not the best if the filter is too old.

Drinking distilled water is pure with zero toxicity, but when manufacturers package it in plastic bottles, it defeats it's purpose. That plastic leaches into the water and that is really unhealthy. Also, drinking large quantities of distilled water can flush valuable minerals from your body.

Buying spring water that is packaged in glass bottles is the way to go. Glass doesn't leach into anything. Of course it's expensive and I do not trust our tap water. The big question is what brand uses a spring(s) that is far from industry and not toxic.

Poland Springs and companies like that are WAY DOWN on my list. When water smells and tastes like plastic, you should not drink it.

Oh, H2O (not spelled H20) is not an atom. It's a molecule.
