Stop your intake of Sugar and caffeine (and drugs if you do any)! Well go off them slowly! My life is completely different and 100% better -n I have panic and anxiety no more and my life is way so much better! I can think clearly finally and my marriage is going to last!
It really does make that much of a difference.

There isn't a way to 'get rid' of panic attacks, but you can control them. Medicine like Zoloft or Celexa can help you stay cool and keep calm throughout a rough patch. Also, breathing techniques help tremendously for people who follow through with it. I would consult a therapist or psychologist and see what they think about it. They would know more about your specific condition. :)

breath in deep, keep few seconds and blow out while doing this, be in a upright position - any phsycologist will tell you to do this
put the palm of your hand on your stomach (little bit higher, were the ribcage meet)
