here's some common one's and some more unusual one's you might not think of: olives, raw mushrooms, sliced cucumbers, sliced zucchini, cabbage wedges, watermelon cubes, strawberries, frozen grapes, any frozen fruit when your craving ice cream or something sweet after dinner, pickles (have almost no calories), low fat cottage cheese, low fat cheese, plain yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in - regular yogurt is loaded with too much sugar, hig fiber cereal (dry or with skim milk), turkey pepperoni (hormel), celery with LF peanut butter spread, 1/2 whole grain bagel with FF cream cheese, wholegrain toast with SF jelly, skim milk or ff plan yogurt with a tsp. of honey mixed in.

Soynuts lower your cholesterol, any fruit and vegetable is healthy. I like to use mustard or salsa as a dipper for veggy's, mustard has 0 cal and salsa is pretty healthy. You can look up the calories of most food on-line. I like www.fitday.com. You can enter in everything you've eaten and they calculate it.

I like to munch on fruit (apples are nice and crunchy) or animal crackers. They can help satisfy a sweet tooth and aren't rediculously unhealthy. Pretzels are also a decent snack.

Popcorn! It's the best- just don't add too much salt or butter! Or you can even buy that butter flavoring that you sprinkle on that is no calories and taste just as good. Another alternative is always sugar free jello!

Eat all the fruits and vegetables you want... browse the grocery stores and markets. You'd be surprised at the varieties of fruits and veggies out there you may never have seen before. Try something new.
