I have seen sites that list times to cook meats, but they offer no word on what heat to set the grill to? Really need to know the best ways to cook steaks, chicken and fish using a GF grill.

i have a george foreman grill 24 hours everydays..i cook everything in perfect qualitie condition, chiken,sausage,and whereverer meat..always i use all high temperature, and everything finish in well done ..

My George Foreman doesn't have a heat setting.
