Yep!! I have a 13 year old male, he is a wonderful pet. He is also a certified pet therapy dog. Everyone says they are mean and should not be trusted, but it all depends on how you raise the dog. "Buster" is still in good health and active, although his hips are becoming weaker, every day I know I am lucky to have him this long, I wish he could live forever.

I love all dogs, but have had a bad experiance with rottweilers because my neighbor has two of them and they viciously attacked my dog and tried to attack my sister and some other children in the neighborhood

I love them. My brother has 2 rottweilers and they are so affectionate. They love everybody, even the cat.
