dont let the fact that shes your best friend stop u from having feelings for her, the most wonderful relationships start from a pure friendship, my bestfriend is now my boyfriend, ive known him since i was like 8 but i didnt have any feelings for him back then but now i cant control myself, we are so deeply in love. but be aware that maybe your best friend doesnt feel the same way u do, u will have to accept that. be honest with her tell her how u feel or ask her questions like: have u ever thought about us gettin together or having sumthing more than just a friendship?- just ask sumthing simple.

Hi

have you tested her ?

Like hold her hands or does she cling to your arms?

Try the kissing test: (I'd assumed you 2 like each other heaps to be called best friends. I suggest you verify this best friends status first before proceeding with the kissing test! )

If she feels attracted to you, she would let you kiss her.

otherwise she really, truly, literally just wants to be friends with you!

I don't want you to get hurt or be too disappointed.

I mean, either there's attraction and feelings or there isn't!

Just do it but be prepared for the consequences!

Good Luck!

Cheers!

you should let her know how your feeling as long. sometimes those are the best relationships. if she rejects you and says " i like you as a friend" dnt get mad she just might change her mind BUTif you guys do take your relationship to other level keep in mind that if anything goes wrong your friendship might not be the same.

Tell her. If she really is your best friend, you have nothing to lose.

Life is short. Don't waste time.
