O positive is the most common type of blood. You can basically eat anything everybody else can. Whatever any other person with any other blood type eats. just eat healthily.

Your blood type is irrelevant to your dietary needs although I'm sure you may get some very interesting answers.If you don't believe me run that question by your doctor.He/she will first smile then tell you the exact same thing.This is a valid question though because I've heard different answers all of which are wrong.Still good that you're trying to learn about your body.
