I know someone who died from complications, and you do not hear that much about cosmetic surgery deathes, why?

Yep, did it, will never regret it. You don't hear that much because most of the surgeries are fairly routine nowadays. There is always risk associated with any surgery so of course there are going to be side affects and even death. It's a personal decision.

I would never have plastic surgery...because like you said....there might be complications. And i dont want to sit around when im older thinking " i wonder how i would look if i didnt have this done" i would like to age....naturally.

i think plastic surgery is only to help sick people and correct deformities
just for beauty ,is not a good idea
this is just my opinion
