i really feel uncomfortable when a boy is staring at me, i prefer eye-contact or when he just talks to me

There is a fine line between catching someones eye or checking someone out and stalker stares, if you cross over the line you creep ladies out instead of flatter. Too much of anything isn't good

Don't stare. Staring is creepy. An occasional glance is OK, and if she catches you looking at her, smile (not too big of a smile, though - that's creepy, too. Go for close-lipped and coy). This usually works.

Well, if she's that pretty, try to sneak a glance at her once in a while. It makes them feel uncomfortable, like they're ugly or there is something wrong with their appearance.
