Its biological. Testosterone is a cruel master. I am 41 and I still find myself looking too.
Learn to control yourself and follow through on responsibility first and then reward yourself with the girls one evening per week and on the week end only.
If you learn this, the world will be yours. In other words, do not let pretty girls control you.
Make a little money then you can control the pretty women.

Um...that seems normal. I think it would be a more abnormal thing if you asked the question why am I so attracted to ugly girls, I know that's something that's odd. As a boy that's like asking why do I breathe.
