Are we talking round about ages 12 and 14?
So long as she isn't being pressured into doing anything she isn't ready (or anywhere near legal!) for, I don't suppose it matters.
Girls often go for slightly older guys at that age, they grow up quicker and boys of 12 seem really immature to them.

no, he's only 2 yrs older than you. look at other people. my parents are 7 years apart. if you like him then its ok
