Hi hun! I guess I tend to think alot. Thats my coping mechanism. I think to my self about what I am nervous about or stressed out about. I think ok what can I do to make this situation more confortable. If I'm around people I usually smile or give a hand shake which eases some tension. Say Hi! how are you today? and mean it. I think of things that make me happy. Usually whatever you are doing in your life, so is another person. Stricking up a conversation can be done by thinking about your own life. It helps me to think positive. Negative thought tend to produce negative results. Think Positive. Build up your own confidence, tell yourself : I'm smart, I'm sucessful, I'm a kind individual. Tell yourself you have a lot to contribute to life and to others. To become a stronger person we must do the thing we think we cannot do. This will strength your confidence and self esteem. We tend to learn from our experiences. This is a true statement. The happiest people are those who do the most for others. So for me I relieve my stress and nerveousness by doing for others and thinking positive and thinking about the situation and what I can do to make it better. Hope something here can help relieve some of your stress and nerveousness! Hugs! Von!

Deep breathing, quiet, laughter, sex, a good old fashioned cry. All of these things work.
