It's really bad. I've got 30 years invested in my beard! It's like a Rip VanWinkle beard, and I don't want to shave it! What can I do!?

Are you kidding me? I will have to assume you are. In large part because I find it implausible that you would simply be concerned with how you can rid yourself of them---apparently your perfectly fine with your girlfriend running a flea circus in her kooch.
I'm sure if you just soak your beard in gas for a few hours it will take care of the problem and you'll still have time for dessert tonight----I can only imagine whats on the menu for the next coarse.

Crabs and pubic lice are treated with creams that contain chemicals like lindance, permethrin or pyrethrins. The usual treatment for crabs is Pyrethrin or Permethrin (brand name RID, NIX or
A-200). These lotions can be purchased at a drugstore. Be sure to follow the instructions.
Apply the lotion into your beard, head hair, and pubic hair (they spread easily), then to the entire body, starting at the neck. Leave applied for 5-10 minutes and then washed off. Bedding and clothing should be de-contaminated with machine-washing and MACHINE-drying. Any sex partners within the past month should also be treated.

Two options you can shave off the beard or buy some over the counter meds. Also you may want to switch your girl.

ok, shave the beard. pluck out the little critters and start over. next time make sure your girl don't have any seafood. or you can try the store stuff but it doensn't really work. try RAID, it works really good. you are still going to have to get the eggs and the adults out of the hair and out of your skin, crabs like to imbed themselves in your skin. well shave it and work on it for next 30 years... but before you do, make sure you eat your girlfriend's poom-poom for a week atleast to savor it for another 30 years..
