Chincoteague, Virginia. You can get a house on the Chincoteague Bay, which is also less than 3 miles to the Assateague National Seashore, which has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, plus you can go crabbing, see wild ponies, drive or bike on nature trails.
Chincoteague is a small town with small town charm but some wonderful seafood restaurants. Quaint and not expensive.

I have one in South Carolina. We rent it out for around $4800 per week.
It's only 2 years old. It's beachfront. 7 Bedrooms. 7.5 bathrooms. Pool. BEACHFRONT! Movie Theater.
I only go down there once or twice a year, so We rent it out to make a profit.
I also have one in Sea Island if that helps. It rents out for $18000 for 2 weeks, so 9000 per week. It is more expensive cause It is beachfront, and Sea Island is more upclass.
