I can sack the manager do season ticket prices etc.......

Mostly these sorts of game you are the manager, but get to do things like organise the players, transfers, training, ticket prices, friendly matches etc. Then you pick the game byu game tactics.
The best couple are EA Sports FIFA Manager, Championship Manager, Football Manager and Club Manager.
