This really comes down to what kind of workout you want to do. If you want to tone, strengthen and simply be healthy and fit. Then yes (and I'll list some below). If you want to "build muscle" and be stacked, then no. You will need weights and/or machines to really get to that point.

As far as workouts that you can do at home, here are some really good things you can do:

0) *NOTE* Remember to do a good set of stretches, from your neck all the way to your ankles, before any workout. This is especially important if you have not been in the habit of working out regularly before. After a workout, be sure and stretch as well, as this will reduce the risk of cramping.

1) The Big 3: Situps, Pushups, and Running. This is the staple diet of physical activity for the military, this is what they measure physical fitness with, and these three things do a good job of working the various parts of your body, and are easy to keep an idea of when you are making improvements, because the counts are easy.

2) Repetitions: Doing repetitive movements: leg kicks, arm rotations, jumping jacks, leg lifts, side bends, etc. are all very good things to do when mixed in with a toning workout. These types of activities help build endurance and burn calories (and in return, burn fat).

3) Swimming: I can not get across how good swimming is for any type of workout. Not only is it a mix of cardio AND resistance training, as the force of the water against your movements helps build strength in almost every muscle in your body.

In any case though, there are literally hundreds, if not thousands of workout "programs" out there that you can look at. These are what I do though, and it keeps tone very well.

A cool 'at-home' workout idea is the Deck of Cards workout.

Take a standard deck of cards face down and flip over one card at a time. Black cards = pushups, Red Cards = bodyweight squats. Use number of reps equal to that on the card. Face cards count as ten. For ex., 8 of hearts would be 8 bodyweight squats.

You can always mix it up and assign different exercises to different suits...lunges, pullups, situps, crunches, etc...

situps, cunches, lunges, squats, leg lifts, pilates, streches, balancing yourself. do at least 20 or 25 sets, then as you are doing the exercises move yourself to induce your excercise number.. Fro example, if you did 50 crunches today, tomorrow see if you can go to 100.
