The best way is actually staying in that country for a bit or been around someone alot that speaks that language.

I always believed the best way of learning a language was to get yourself a lover that spoke the language.
Cant be true though 'cause the Pope speaks 20 languages.
No the best way is to go to the country and live with the people.
Unless of course you want to learn English.In which case go to Sweden. Neither the English or the Americans speak acceptable English any more.

The best place to learn any language is in the country where this language is spoken - preferably staying there for minium 6 months. That's how I learnt to speak English! ;)

Go on a language course for about a month in either Greece, France, Italy, Spain, Holland or Portugal! =)
