Over a 4 day period? At first glance I thought you meant at one sitting and I would have had to say it is probably absolutely unhealthy for you to eat a whole pizza by yourself. But over the course of a few days, probably isn't going to kill you. I have eaten a whole pizza by myself in that amount of time (4 days) and I"m still breathing and quite healthy too! :-)

I used to eat a whole large pizza for dinner, with a 12-pack of Miller lite - sitting on the couch, watching the Phoenix Suns.
That's how I ended up 252 pounds (6 feet tall). I'm now on an exercice/diet. I'm down to 236.

Not really a large pizza has what 12 slices thats 3 pieces a day one for each main meal. Pizza isnt that bad for you anyway.
Its got meat dairy veggies and grains and if you get pinapple or watermelon, fruit. Whats bad about that?

A four day period isn't too bad. It just depends on what you ate besides the pizza in same period. Ex. If you ate something equally unhealthy in large amounts in the same day...that's unhealthy.

well i don't think so u say it was over a period of four days its not like u ate it all in a matter of an hour then i would say that's not good and that maybe u had something on your mind some people eat when they have a lot on their mind but since this was not the case well its OK

usually a large pizza has 10 slices (8 at the least).. so 2-3 slices a day for 4 days isn't going to make you fat.. just keep being active. i wouldn't make it a steady habit though.. eat something better for you.

I only say yes (for myself) because I will eat no more than 2 pieces (usually 1) and only on the weekend --- I don't continue through the week that way. I'd gain weight. Maybe you don't ....I don't know you. I just know it would be bad for me personally.
