If you "cheated"..you didnt fast. Some sit ups wont give you your abs.

Fasting can be very healthy and cleanse your body of toxins. You shouldn't exercises while fasting. Give your body a chance to rest. Then gradually introduce foods back into your diet. It should take a week to get back to eating regular meals.
Don't fast just to lose weight. The weight you lose is temporary.

I'm thinking to start fasting myself, but not sure what way is good, since there are so many choices out there. I think fasting is good to cleanse out your body, but at the same time your body will lose all the nutrients that you need. Do you feel weak after you fasted?

If you fast to lose weight, your metabolism shuts down and you will gain that weight back faster than usual... And your abs will disappear. I am not kidding or trying to burst your bubble. I suffered from anorexic tendencies for a year in the past. Stop fasting to enhance your appearance, you will regret it!

GREAT JOB!!!!!! I am happy for you! I am a ballet dancer and dont really ever eat and do a lot of ab workouts to lift girls so me too!! But thats great that you are getting results!
