I eat my mother's food, live the life she has given me, wear the clothes she's washed and pressed for me, enjoy the general cleanliness of my house...I mean, isn't that enough appreciation?! What more could you possibly ask for?

To all of you that are having a go at me not moving out - my mother won't let me! I've been trying for the last three years!"

Although I was obviously joking, I can see that you people obviously don't know what it's like to be brought up in a traditional Punjabi household. You don't leave unless you die!

I hope you weren't surprised when I said you couldn't possibly handle me.

Why don't you try doing something to make your mother proud of you, that she's pleased to tell her friends about , how you maybe do something that she feels is special & worthy of note. There's nothing clever in being rude (especially to someone who obviously does so much for you) Act more responsibly, buy her some chocs or flowers occasionally, help with the weekly shopping trip.....dont worry what your mates might think....surely you think more of your mum than your mates?

Show some appreciation for what she does for you. You strike me as being a spoilt little brat that doesn't appreciate what you have been given. Give your Mum a thankyou and help her a bit instead of just taking everything for granted

Well I hope that you appreciate that SHE enjoys it so much and make lots of extra work for her to do! I mean, do you get your clothes washed often enough? Could you find more ways to make a mess?

Find your self a place of your own - and appreciate what skills your mother has provided you with. Cooking, cleaning, washing etc.

Perhaps she could ask for a better son. One who's not a spoiled little brat.

And what do you bring to table???? I would have you pay rent, and also work around the house to earn your keep. How nice it is to grace us with your presence.
