my cat loves applesauce. I let him finish off the rest of my cup. I dont let him eat the whole thing

I'm not sure a vet would agree but I've given my cat sugar free applesauce. She loves green beans and broccoli as well. I think the trick is not to give them 'people food' too often and definitely not some of the junky food that humans consume.

not really because you probably know that applesauce is just mashed up apples so it's not really all that bad for them and if they like it then it's good in 2 ways! lol

I don't think that it is going to hurt them but not always a good idea to give them people food. once in a while for a treat shouldn't be bad. I've been know to occationally when we have hamburgers give my 2 cats small pieces.

No. It is fine. I have one that likes the pear flavor!!!!!

My vet would agree!! They have the littermate to my cat and he loves pears and applesauce too!!!!!!!
