and I don't have a fenced in yard. She can't go offleash, and it would cost thousands to fence in my huge yard. She needs a large area to excersize in as she is a terrier, and nothing works. a chain can't be long enough, and she'll get tangled in it. She runs sixty MPH (I had heer clocked when she was young) and I am afraid she would run away. She has already escaped three times and has run five miles away. Luckily people have always chased her and one time it was like a parade, my neighbors and some strangers got out of their cars and followed her. I've tried obedience classes and everything. What should I do?

Try a leash, gentle leader and a walk or more daily

Wow 60 MPH? Not that I want to discredit you but a greyhound is known to be the fastest dog at 45.5 MPH (I believe)

I suggest, if you do not have time to walk your dog, hire a dog walker.

Fence in a PART of your yard. or go with an invisable fence, which I DON"T recomend for an unsupervised dog but will work with you gardening in the area

and buy the way given that we clocked the #1 racing whippet of all time at 42 mph I don't believe that 60 mph. We found that some radar guns are not accurate clocking a dog they end up recording th speed at which the front legs snap forward so with the whippets the first attempt got near supersonic speed (so we knew it wrong)
