Is it ok to not push yourself? Is it alright if you don't want to make the brown pond you are born in a green lake? Is it right to ignore the crimes and don't help stop what happened to you from happening to others?

Don't try to come up w/ justifications of why it is ok for you to rest in a war. Our mind always comes up w/ logics.

I have opened a shop here selling candies while somewhere else, kids are dyieng b/c of hunger. I know if I would have grown up there, I would have done something about it b/c it would have motivated me but DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO BE MOTIVATED???

I don't think there's anything wrong with being happy with your life and enjoying it. In fact..most would probably envy you!
The whirl wind world of get ahead and stay ahead is a killer..and it's not very conducive to making people happy.

In retrospect..I have had MANY times in life where had i said.."this is good, this works" and stuck with it..I'd be better of today all around.

gee i do not quite know what you mean...if you were my son i would not want you to go to war either...i am not for the war in any way..i do not listen to much of the news but i am aware of what is going on.. i do not think there is anything wrong with you living your life and selling candies..we can not all be the same and want to be involved with things we can not do anything about....so i do not think you are wrong in my opinion..and it seems to me that you are motivated since you are running your own business...so good luck and hope the best for you..
