Mel Gibson struggles with alcoholism. he has his faults just like everyone else in the world. he or nobody else on this earth is perfect.

Regardless of what somebody here just responded, getting arrested is NOT the forum for proclaiming one's antisemitism. He should have been a good citizen and sat quietly and followed the officer's instructions. Besides, the person here who said that Mel simply restated what's in the New Testament obviously didn't read what Mel said.

This was very stupid of Mel Gibson and I suspect his career just took a major nose-dive this weekend.

Are YOU?

It is waaaaaaaaaay to easy to pick on Mel Gibson. He is an internationally known actor and religious believer. Is he perfect? Nope.

How would you like your "dirty laundry" exposed for all the nation to ridicule? Would that make the world a better place?

Try working on your own imperfections, instead of pointing fingers at somebody who ISN'T EVEN PART OF YOUR LIFE.

COWARD!!!!!

The movie was made according to the New Testament, so it is what it is. As far as the DUI incident and subsequent anti-semitics, it is unfortunate that he succumbed to evil. The devil certainly scored some "high profile" points on this one. None of us are perfect, but most of us don't have Hollywood to blow everything up either. I'll let God do the judging...

No, Gibson is a Roman Catholic.

What does the failing of one man have to do with the accuracy of the Bible? Should your hate-baiting ways convince people not to be atheists?

I didn't think that movie did anything for Christianity. So what if the Jews did crucify Jesus, someone had to do it or there would be no salvation.

The news story of his drunk driving arrest and his anti semitic screaming has put a big smile on my face. I love seeing hypocrites go down.

I think people could forgive the drunk-driving, we did for Tim Allen, but his hateful comments are just way too much.
