The Bible says to question teaching, doctrines, etc, and see if they line up with the word. I sometimes wonder why God chooses to do things the way he does, and I don't think there is anything wrong with that, and I think it is fine to pray and ask for clarification or for a reason; you may or may not get it. The Old Testament saints questioned God all the time. But even when I question it is safe to say that he knows best.

Many times, we find it very difficult to understand some pressing questions. This is intensified when a loved one dies or one whom people see as loving God is suffering. The pain of unjust wars on the innocent people, the starvation and artificial famines, earthquakes and such natural disaster makes it natural for the people to question God.
We can certainly as God our doubts and seek that He answer it. However, in the bible, Job who people under ordinary circumstances would feel God was unjust in testing him will be surprised to note that he is awe struck at the answer of God.
This is much the same today also.
If you are the highest authority in your office, would you appreciate the lowest ranked person, may be one with no experience what so ever, working in your office under you, question a decision that you might have taken based on all the experience you have acquired in your field of expertise?

Assuming that you have creative talents and you create something that is to your taste. Assuming also that it had free will, would you appreciate it asking you why you have done a particular thing?

If we believe in God as infinitely superior to us and as our creator, I am sure that we also do not have a right to question his action. However, we are free to know and discern his will in this world for us and what is for the world.

Yes, it is wrong to question God, but not to be curious of His ways (there is a difference).

Read JOB Chapter 38.

Of course not. Anyway the Bible is full of contradictions and 'lessons' that don't even apply in our society today. It's good to question God + religion, because honestly, it's cult-like and manmade anyhow.

Why question him?
You dont' even know if he is real
Question the people that THINK he is real
ask them
"Why do you believe something that a 5 year old kid made to be his imaginary friend?
Why do you believe something that can't possibly be proved until you die? And from there, it can't be proved to the world as we know it because YOU'RE DEAD!"

No. God supposedly made us in his image. So our inquisitive nature derives from how he designed us. Question away. he expects it.
