Testicles should be felt at around 8 weeks old sometimes a little later but if there are no descended testicles by 8 months this is a problem.Some breeds(mainly small) are prone to this problem.If left unaltered there is a higher chance of testicular cancer-so recommended to have the vet find the testicle(its either in the abdomen or just a little up in the groinal area)and remove it.But this is considered a congenital defect and let your breeder know as he/she should no longer breed the male of that line.

they usually drop in 3 1/2 months, which should be soon now. Our dog's dropped at 3 months, and he was altered at 4 months. If it goes more than 6 months, I would be concerned, and take him to a vet...some dogs need "a little help"

They are usually down very early!!! I can always feel testicles on my puppies at 5 weeks, and usually at leaast one sooner.
Ask the vet. Sometimes they can feel it in the abdomen, or just above the scrotum.
If the testicles do not decend, neuter ASAP!!! Even late decenders should be neutered, since it can he a hereditary condition.

anywhere from 10 to 14 months old... depends on the dog really.
