Always because there is still sperm in the penis and it will come out when the erection goes away. When drying, the sperm becomes very sticky. By going to the bathroom, you "empty" the penis.
It's a must for me.

Yes, we do - we make sure to go before we masturbate or have sex and definitely do it after - but god does it burn sometimes - lol don't know if that's normal.
