I am supposed to find one of these for my company – we are company that is not remotely connected with the food service industry- and all I can find online are margarita machines, slushie machines or soda fountains. There are many types used in the restaurant business. However most of them are owned by companies and the machines are set for their products. For example, those set for healthy yogurt ( a particular brand) those swish slower and dispense measured amounts. Those that make the crushed ice drinks have a different measurement and different nozzle sizes. Those in the large hotels have slots for cranberry, pineapple, apple etc. Those have the canisters hooked up below with one line which pumps CO2 and the machine blends the concentrate with the carbonated water to specific doses. I will list at least 5 different suppliers. You go through their products and see which ones match your requirements.

Try looking at Granita Machines... maybe that is what you mean? Also the ones that keep liquids moving (like ice tea and lemonade) are often referred to as Bubblers.
