When I start Photoshop Elements by clicking it icon, it allways starts up in the Editor. How do I get it to start up in the Browser?

p.s. : by "Browser" I mean the Photoshop picture browser -- not a web browser. This is the Photoshop browser where you can see all the pictures and tag them, and so on. This is the browser I want Photoshop to start in, as opposed to the Photo Editor.

Here is what you do to change it:

Open the editor window.
On the menu on top, click on:
Window > welcome

the welcome window will appear.
at the bottom of the welcome window, it says "start up in:"
Click on the arrow and then on organizer.

Done!

If you can find a plugin for Photoshop Elements and install it in your browswer, then you will be able to.
