Muslims believe the Quran and follow the teachings of Muhomad and Christians believe the Bible and follow the teachings in it. Christians must be saved by faith in Christ.
Also the Bible has not been changed, it has been translated to make make it simplier to understand. Sometimes too simple, but the best versions of the Bible are the King James, New International, and the American Standard.

The main difference is that Muslims don't believe Jesus (PBUH) as son of God God himself or has the holy spirit. Muslims don't believe in trinity. They believe Jesus (OBUH) was Prophet and Messenger of God.
