get some tuna steak, marinade it in lime juice, giner and coriandor .... add some chopped garlic to the pan and pan fry for a minute or two. Have it with sweet potato, lovely!

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup shortening
1 large egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Make several slices of egg bread (French Toast).

Then top each slice with a mixture of grated red Leicester and edam cheese, chopped spring onions and diced smoked ham.

Place under the grill until golden brown and bubbly. Yummy

Fry some onions, fry some mushrooms, chuck in some white wine, let it all reduce, throw in some cream, once its all gone a lurrvy grey you lob it on some toast, top with grated cheese.
