Are free lottos ligitimate and do they give away money?

Yes this is a scam. My friend did it. What they do is tell you you have money pending, and ask you to enter you credit card number, or method of payment. Once you enter your credit card# they send you a check worth a couple hundred dollars. After they suck your bank acount dry they take every penny out and leave you bankrupt. DONT DO IT.

It's a scam. Don't fall for it. The head of the local Better Business Bureau here in my hometown is constantly warning folks, especially senior citizens, to avoid these sorts of operations. The elderly seem to be at a greater risk for these scams than does the rest of the population. Regardless, just ignore it coz it isn't legit and you'll just lose your money.

I agree with everyone else who has answered, it a scam.
At best, this is a 'legal' scam, where the fine print says "you may not actually have money", "Money may be less than advertised", or "Not a typical outcome". At worst, they use the information to steal your identity, bleed your accounts dry, and ruin your credit rating. Not only that, you will double or triple the amount of spam you get from now on.

Yes. However, there are cases where government agencies are trying to return unclaimed funds (insurance checks, deposits, etc). You can find out about this for free and should not have to pay a fee. Call you library for details on unclaimed funds programs in your state.

They are not legit in the least. They're trying to scam you out of your money. You will never win and never get money, no matter how much you put in.

if it's called "Free" Lotto and you have to pay to get money- I'd say that's DEFINITELY a scam.

Think about it - why would someone just GIVE you money?? They would be out of business in no time. Read the fine print and DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!
