Unfortunately, if you do anything physical (even kissing or holding hands) or he suggests you two to do these kinds of thing the guy is seen as a child molester. That is the law in most nations in the world. So, this means he can end up in prison. I know it must feel very stupid for you, but there's nothing much you can do.
If you two are meant to be together, you can wait for a little time longer.

yes it is from a legal standpoint if you are talking about having sex. He is considered an adult at 18 and you are not. The law in many states say that a minor (someone less than 18 yrs old) cannot give consent for sex (even if you do). If your parents wanted to...they could file sexual assault(rape) charges on the boy. So be careful.

It's not bad as long as you 2 like each other. I'm 17 and he's 20...when he turns 21, I'll still be 17 for 2 months.
and don't have sex, even if he thinks 'bout it, keep rejecting.

Yes. If he is 18 and has sex with you, he would be guilty of statutory rape. He can be sent to jail.
You cannot consent. You will have to wait until both of you are at least 18.

it's not that bad because your mind can be more mature than your age. and what if you can relate to this 18 tear old? your mental age is just older than your physical age.
