Crocodile, bit overrated, tough white meat!
Have also had ostrich- very low in cholesterol
Frogs legs- a bit like chicken,
Snails- rubbery and only taste of the sauce
Horse, very nice and rich tasting
and I would imagine a fair number of spiders over the years! The 'experts' reckon we ingest many during a lifetime, so I guess, spiders really!

I have eaten bats. A speciality in some countries.
They tasted well though there is really not a lot of meat. Too many bones.

Being asian..
I ate frogs legs, rabbit meat, crocodile, fried buggy and wormies, escargot?..sea cucumber..and things like pigs liver and blood which are quite normal dishes where i live..

I ate some camel meat and milk on the sahara once. Kind of a stringy texture on the meat.

Snails! I did try eating a popular dish in Msia...which is fried bird...just a pinch....well it tasted like chicken but it was still kinda scary for me so i didnt dare 2 go beyond tht pinch :p

Mutton... yuck, ptui! I've had both the goat and sheep varieties. Never again.
Beef tongue... mmmm, very tender, lean, tasty. The outer spongy part is peeled away, all that's left is the lean part inside. The lean,
Beef tripe... very tasty and bouncy/chewy.
Pig feet... hack, gross. Never again!
Eel... love that sushi!
Chicken heart, chicken gizzard... both very tasty, I love gizzard.
