Who is this weirdo thunder_kok, talking about himself in the third person? What pedestal has he put himself on? YUCK!!
I think most guys are flattered if they are asked out by women, especially the ones they find attractive. It might scare off some guys though, if they are traditionalists. I think it speaks very highly of a woman's confidence to ask a man out, as it isn't thought of as the "norm".

I keep wishing someone will ask me! I'd love it.
A girl would be neither a go-getter nor a man eater but someone who understands that some men are too shy to ask. If they like the shy type then they've found the right man!

Being asked out by a girl is great. I think it's great to be socially active. So even if you don't fancy them, you may, at least, spark up a new friendship.

depends on the guy ,asking a guy out takes a lot of guts, but go for it what the worst that can happen?? ha lol , but make sure he likes you and he just shy to ask you himself ok good luck

I like it personally, even if I am not interested in the girl it still makes me feel good when they ask me out. It's good to be wanted even if you dont want them.

i love it when a woman asks me out, and i'll even go out with them even if i am not really that into them, just because they had the guts to ask.
