Can't stand the stuff - well apart from this one time..... I'd just started seeing this really cute guy and he popped downstairs to make some brekkie, he only came back with Marmite on toast! Didn't have the heart to tell him I hated it so I ate it! Yuk never again!

Love it! Mixed in with baked beans, in stews obviously, mixed into mashed potato with garlic and horse raddish, but the best: Granary bread, butter, strong Cheddar, raw onions, English mustard, bit of fruity jam and Marmite! Can't beat it!

Is it as pungent and as salty as Vegemite? I'm willing to try it, but if anyone here can describe the flavor and aroma as compared to Vegemite, please do.

How much is one serving, and how much sodium does one serving have? I'm pretty sensitive to salt. One bag of chips, and I'm bloated like a dead dog on the sidewalk on a hot summer's day. Eeuuwww!
