You have the luckiest sleep walking habit ever if this is true.

Absolutely. I too am a very active sleeper.

You also might be suffering from sleep apnea. This is a condition where you quit breathing during the night. It can cause you to tense up in much the same way you do when you hold your breath when you are awake. It can be serious. You might want to get it checked out.

A cheap way to start is to get a friend to stay up and listen to you sleep one night. If you quit breathing for more than 15-20 seconds multiple times during the night you should consider seeing a specialist.

Looking for a Ego boost today, Sorry Fresh out, six pack you have is probably an empty six pack of beer you were drinking when you passed out in a drunken stupor

It could be possible that you are doing it in your sleep. My little cousin sleep walks all the time. Like he will go to bed at 9 then i would be up with my aunt and uncle talking and then he comes up and goes over to the kitchen and picks up a bowl then goes back to sleep. One time my aunt told me she was visiting her parents and he had fallen asleep and he came over and my aunts dad was like "Why are you up so late go back top bed." And my aunt was like shut up, hes sleep walking don't wake him up. SO yea you could be working out in your sleep it perfectly normal to have something like that.

do u also find urself unusually nimble and no longer in need of ur glasses? my friend, u have been bitten by a spider and like it or not, soon u will find urself jumping across the tops of buildings and shooting out strong, net-like, sticky goo from ur wrists. either that, or u've been watching too much spiderman.
