I own a flooring business, and the way people act is blowing my mind. I do not make the carpet in my warehouse, but they think I do. We sold a droped product and the sales rep for that product told me to go **** myself, why is that its your responsibility to make sure the rack is up to date. Now that is my fault. People always want things THEIR way and want it right now. Look at what happening overseas.....Do you think they get it their way?? NO!!!! I just dont understand the way people are thinking now.. You would think that 911 would make people realize the severity of the situation. Nope it has made it worse.. People gripe about everything. Nothing pleases, nothing makes them happy.. Everybody is rude, and just out for themselves... Look around we have it easy. Move overseas and then lets see. WAKE UP!!!!
I need some answers and people in general need GOD!!!!!!!!!

You have many irrelevant points in this "question." You are also being inconsiderate by asking it over and over and over again. Perhaps if you show some proper manners people would treat you better.

Any business involving customer service is extremely difficult. I work with special needs children, but I have also worked in retail for decades, and have watched the difficulties with pleasing customers get worse and worse with each passing year. I actually made the decision to leave the retail arena a couple of years ago, as the stress was having a very negative effect on my health; and taking care of my health is just a lot more important than the extra paycheck. If you are continually finding yourself on the receiving end of all this negativity; you may need to seriously consider changing your line of work. I know a family who who a major furniture store in a neighboring town and had been in business for four generations, and the younger family that had inherited the business a few years ago ended up having a big clearance sale and closing the doors; it was just taking too much of a toll on their health and well-being. One of the daughters told me that the final straw occured when a very affulent family ordered over $200,000 of furniture for their seaside home and then returned it all at the end of the summer season, after it was used and abused by dozens of people and then fully expected the store to replace the whole collection as they decided they "didn't like it..." The daughter said that her and her siblings decided that they were not a RentACenter and that was the end of the business. You need to either change your business, or try to hire some other staff to take off the pressure on the sales floor! Don't wait until this affects your health. Good luck to you!

The world appears the way we project our thoughts into it and receive the stimuli of everyday happenings with what given state of mind we have at the time of event occurance. It is better to slowly inculcate positive attititude by reading books of personality improvement and do yoga exercises to get uneffectedness of mind in the presence vexing and troublesome situations.
