Go to your local police or sheriffs office and find out what constitutes stalking. Maybe this person has the same work schedule or travel route as you and doesn't know you exist. I have a friend who was once jumped on by police for going by a girl's house morning, noon and night on his bicycle. After he showed them his IRS credentials and drew them a picture of the shortest way to bike from his home to the federal building the problem went away. If this person is truly stalking you then the problem can be solved also.

Do not confront her.
Call the cops.
Call the cops everytime you see her, and explain to them that you feel threatened.
Get a restraining order.
She obviously is psychotic. Normal people do not follow you ever. What's more troubling is that she's never even tried to talk to you about why she's following you. Totally freaky.

Why not just ask her why she's doing it. If she doesn't have an answer, or if it's a really scary answer, ask her to stop. If she continues, then make a report with the police and try to get an order of protection.

Tell her that desparation is unattractive, and so is neediness.
Tell her to leave you alone or you will have to go through the law to get her to stop.
Tell her to get a hobby or master a skill.
Tell her that there is NO WAY she can "make" you feel any attraction, only repulsion.

Confront her ask what's up and if she dont give you a good enough answer kick her a**. If that wont work go to the police tell them about it and go from there. Lots of Luck.

Ask her why she is following you.....Say, Hey, I'm sorry but I don't have any interest in you, you have got to stop following me around. And if it does come to it...Tell you can get a restraining order..if she still keeps it up...get one.
