a little kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, olive oil and grilled/seared for about 3 minutes on each side leaving a nice red strip down the middle with some mango or cantaloupe salsa

To lightly sear both sides, and try to get it at a medium rare. Best way to eat tuna steaks.

Definitely grill or sear them. Tuna steaks are best rare or medium rare.

I marinade mine in a tropical lime/jalapeno mix and grill till done!

Brush with olive oil before grilling, it helps keep them moist. The standard grilling time is 8-10 minutes per side. (you can broil them in the oven if you don't have an outdoor grill).

ON THE GRILL OUTSIDE...SMOTHERED WITH GREEN RED OR YELLOW PEPPERS.....THEY ARE DRY SO ADD SOMETHING JUICY AS THEY COOK....IF NO OUTSIDE GRILL........BROIL EACH SIDE TIL TENDER
