This depends on what you need saving from. Islam actually is pretty similar to Christianity in this respect, they just believe that salvation comes from another source. Judaism holds that the messiah has not yet been born.
Buddhism holds that you need saving, but not from your sins. You need saving from the endless circle of death and rebirth. Most sects hold that you can only do this by accrueing no new karma. If you have karma- you have to reap the benefits or consquences of it. You can only rach nirvana without any karma of any kind. You can only do this by freeing yourself from attachment and acting selflessly. Some sects of Mahayana Buddhism hold that Bodhisattvas are there to help you do this, so I guess their role is kind of like that of Jesus. If you cannot free yourself, they will help to free you.
In Hinduism, you cannot be saved because you don't need saving. Things are just the way they are. Many kinds of paganism agree. Your afterlife has to do with how you lived or how you died, and how pleasing this was to the gods involved.

Frankly, no, historically Jesus never existed, and the only record we have(the buy-bull) is steeped in stupidity, absurdity, scientific and historical inaccuracy, contradictions and inconsistencies, as well as thousands upon thousands of conflicting translations(in the Greek and Hebrew transcripts alone aside from the English versions); Christianity is up to it's face in problems. Aside from Christianity every monotheistic religion, or religion based along these lines of dogma and salvation is riddled with man made stupidity, it's all a bunch of ignorance and BS. If you want truth just look inside yourself, that’s all you need, you don't need anyone else’s salvation, because this is the only life you get and it's too precious to waste on nonsensical religion...

Yes Jesus is the only way to salvation all others are based after men that lived and died and did pretty significant things in the world, but Jesus died rose again and is still doing things in the life people all other were based on fleshy things. Jesus is spiritual things. He will change your life! Call on him and let him do a work for you. Give him everything and he will fill you with his spirit and you will see how real he really is

While salvation is defined differently in various religions, in general all religions basically advise cultivating a way of feeling, thinking, and acting that minimizes or eliminates "bad" karma and maximizes "good" karma, such that one is reborn into heaven, not back into earth.
The Abrahamic religions have edited this to exclude reincarnation, to call bad karma actions "sin," and to require belief in specific personalities: Yahweh, and Jesus or Mohammed.
The idea that the path of Jesus, for example, requires a and b and c, became the idea that only a and b and c is the correct path. It is sort of like, if you are in New York, THE way to Atlanta is South. But if you are in Miami, THE way to Atlanta is North, and yet having somebody insist that to get to Atlanta from anywhere, you have to go South. People - go figure.

You can try something else...but it's not going to work. Just from a practical standpoint... for all you nonbelievers... do you want to be a follower of Christ and spend all eternity in heaven, or just on the off chance you're right and there's no God, you've wasted maybe 80 years. But if Jesus is the way, and you're wrong, you're going to waste infinity number of years buring in Hell.
Why not even just play the odds then and be saved? You just might like it too. There is peace in Jesus and power in God that makes everything else seem so stupid and pointless.

Be an Agnostic. Religion is irrelevant. As long as you're a good person you'll do fine. I'm well versed in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism. They all basically preach that if you're good to yourself and others you'll be fine. I interpret everything rationally and would like to also reiterate that not everything can be rationalized so it is a complex paradox just as life is.

Yes, Jesus is the only way to Salvation! John 14-6 I'm the way the true and the light. no one comes to me except through Christ.
1-John5:12 He who has the Son has the life,he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. also 1-John2-22-23
Who is the liar; but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the Antichrist the one who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father, the one who confesses the Son has the Father also.
Ephesians2-8 For by grace you have
been saved, through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God not as a result of works that no one should boast for we are his workmanship crated in Christ Jesus for good works whish God repare beforehand that we shoud walk in them.

yes! Jesus is the only way! why not other religions?
Jesus was either a liar, a lunatic, or God.
He doesn't fit the prfoile of either a liar or a lunatic.
So He must have been God.
He said that "I am the Way and the Truth and the Light. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Jesus is the only way to salvation!

Jesus addresses the issue of sin. He came and died for our sins while living the perfect life while on Earth. Jesus was tempted by the devil and ridiculed yet continued to glorify God so He can relate to us when we are suffering.
Other religions tell you that you need to do good works to be saved. But how many good deeds gets you saved? Also how is the reward points set up? For example, how many points do you earn if you open the door for someone versus saving a person's life by running into a burning building and rescuing them? If you do something wrong such as stealing, are points taken away?
Many religions say how God is distant when in fact we can pray to him anytime we want. God desires to hear from us. He loves us enough that he sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. So God sought after us first. In other religions it is the person seeking that god.

Yes, Jesus is the only way to salvation. Jesus said "I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except by me"
The scriptures also tells us that "There is no other name given under heaven by which men must be save" (Acts 4)
Religion is an abominable things man concocted to divided man in his quest of God. All the works done by a religious organization and its system contradicted the works done by God.
God is spirit, and as such he must be worship in spirit and in truth. to do this you must be born again in spirit, and to know the truth is to know Jesus the full and final manifestation of God to mankind.
