Not all women do. I don't particularly like fake anything. When women do the fake nails/hair stuff, that indicates to me that they are too self-involved and overly worried about their appearance.
As for faking orgasm, some women are afraid to tell the guy that it's just not happening. Some women don't know enough about their own bodies to realize that orgasms can happen in other ways than simple intercourse. Some women just want "it" to be over with and fake orgasm to be done with it!!

Because they're uncomfotable in their own skin. And it isn't their fault. It's magazines, TV, all the hype about what beauty is. We always have the need to lose weight, spend an hour on hair and makeup because everywhere we (us girls) look, there's something else making us feel inadequate. Every woman is beautiful in her own way. We just can't rise above the crap that the media is shoving down our throats. And How can we??? It's in our faces EVERY day. The best thing to do if you're with a girl who feels the need to do all these unnatural things is tell her she is beautiful the way she is and nothing should be changed. We need reassurance that we're beautiful to the person who matters most to us. My bf loves me especially in the morning when I FIRST wake up, when my hair is messed up, no makeup, and my squinty eyes, and of course my cranky mood, he thinks it's adorable. In the beginning, I would wake up an hour before he did to look perfect before he saw me. Then....the morning I was hungover and severely sick....changed everything lol

maybe it makes them feel more comfortable with themselves, more confident. and some women fake orgasms to keep there guy happy......

see she jus did it faked like she doesnt know wat ur talkin about as if shes never did it anyways....i dunno i guess its in there genes...they fake to like a guy jus to get another jealous and they fake they dont like a guy so he'd b more interested...all i know is they fake at almost everythin...they fake cry so u can comfort them and all kindas a sh*t and we fall for it..but i dont mind once i'm gettin somethin in return

some believe it makes them look better to guys......but if a guy only likes you with all that crap on then he doesn't like the real you
